The Working Group No. 10. Panel 1: Two silhouetted dogs talk in the foreground while Lindy can be seen in the background amongst racks of clothing and props. One of the dogs is saying, “It’s a much better wig this time-“ Panel 2: One of the silhouetted dogs notices Lindy and says, “Oh hello!” Panel 3: The dog, Larry, asks, “Are you our third?” Panel 4: Lindy replies, “Huh? No Brioche sent me here.” Panel 5: Lindy approaches the two dogs Larry and Paula. Paula says, “Did you just come from Brioche’s book launch? We feel terrible about missing it.” Larry says, “I don’t.”
Panel 6: Lindy, Larry, and Paula walk together through what looks like a studio. Lindy says, “Yeah, I’m looking for a job and Brioche said I should shadow you.” Paula says, “Surely you mean a career.” Panel 7: Paula continues, “A fulfilling career path is what every dog should aspire to. Don’t demean yourself with just a job.” Panel 8: Lindy asks, “What’s your career?” Paula responds, “We’re artists. I’m a little surprised you haven’t heard of our work.” Larry bounds ahead and says, “Come look at some of our pieces.”
Panel 9 through 17: Larry and Paula are featured in photographs that recreate a late 90s or early 2000s vibe. The dogs are dressed in human clothing with human hands, except for one photo where Paula is perched on an inflatable chair.
Panel 18: Larry and Paula are featured in a photograph recreating the 2008 George W. Bush shoe-throwing incident. Larry, Lindy, and Paula are staring up at the photograph. Larry says, “This one was a real labor of love.” Paula says, “It took hours because I kept catching the shoe in my mouth and running away with it.”
