A Nutcracker in New York

An illustrated poster for a fake movie. The main character Clarence stands smiling at his love interest, who is dressed like The Nutcracker and has his arms around Clarence's waist. New York City is the backdrop behind them. The title on the poster says, "A Nutcracker in New York."

A Nutcracker in New York: Clarence, a beleaguered marketing assistant, is not having a very merry holiday season what with the huge ad campaign he’s working on for a startup that sells seemingly useless clockwork gadgets. To top it all off, he almost dies while saving a strange man from getting hit by a pack of bicyclists in Central Park. Clarence reluctantly agrees to help this guy who claims to be from The Land of Sweets and goes chasing after Pizza Rat with an honest-to-goodness sword. This is a classic fish-out-of-water comedy á la Enchanted, or George of the Jungle.

This is one of 12 posters I made for cheesy LGBTQ holiday movies that don’t exist…yet.
